Scrappin' Retreats has EXPANDED to include HOME retreats . . . and now you can book a weekend for your own group -- $1,000 per weekend for up to 12 scrappers (that's only $84 per person).
Scrappin' HOME Retreats are located at our 3-year-old home in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Designed to accommodate up to 12 scrappers, Scrappin' HOME Retreats features the high standards you've come to expect from Scrappin' Retreats since 2001. See our PHOTO GALLERY of HOME retreat photos.
Begin as early as 12 noon on Friday and stay as late as 1:00 pm on Sunday. And we're only a 10-minute drive to ARCHIVER'S and SCRAPBOOK CLEARANCE at the Mall of Georgia!
Book a group getaway and you get:
- ~Friday & Saturday nights' lodging (accommodations for 12 scrappers in 4 bedrooms/3 baths)
- ~Everyone has her own 6-ft. scrappin' table in the spacious scrappin' room
- ~Access to scrapbooking tools and supplies in the resource room (Cricut, Sizzix, & other tools)
- ~Bring your own meals to prepare in your own fully equipped kitchen, or drive to nearby restaurants such as Chili's, Napoli's Italian, Crossroads Bar & Grill, Burger & Shake, Bobby's Cheeseburgers, Subway, El Sombrero Mexican, Chik-fil-A & more ...
- ~We're wired for wireless on your laptop, or use our computer for email access, computer printing

Scrappin' HOME Retreats take place in our permanent home--Hubby Steve and I reside in the living quarters on the main floor (including our master suite) and we are empty nesters, so no children are ever in the home during these retreats. The scrappin' room, along with your own fully equipped kitchen, full bath and one of your 4 bedrooms are all located in the lower level of the home, with an entrance out to the back patio. Your other 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths are on the second floor of the home.
DATES: View our NEW 2010 CALENDAR for available dates (any weekend that's BLANK). Then Email us with your choice of weekends. If available, we'll send you a Group Rental Form and "pencil" your group in for that weekend for a period of 3 weeks while you collect your deposits.
NEW -- we've simplified the RATE: $1,000 for the weekend, regardless of your final number of scrappers (limit: 12). Payment is due in full 3 weeks after you've chosen your date & received the Group Rental Form. (If payment is not received by that date, we'll open that weekend up to other groups.)
Cancellation policy: For group rentals, you may cancel without penalty if cancellation is more than 60 days away from the reserved weekend. If cancelled within 60 days of reserved weekend date, you forfeit $500.
