This special offer is valid for the FIRST 10 BOOKINGS, so hurry! EMAIL KAREN with your chosen date, then you have 30 days to pay $500 in full (checks only, no cc). Add a Thursday night for $30 add'l. per person (pay the extra night 2 weeks before your event--no minimum number required). Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 120 days from your event & receive your $$ back in full. Non-refundable if cancelled within 120 days of your event. However, it can be transferred to another weekend in 2013.

SMALL GROUP RENTALS:
Small groups with a minimum of 6 scrapbookers are welcome to book a private retreat at the Flowery Branch location!

Minimum of 6 paying guests ($600 minimum requirement; maximum of $1,000), maximum of 12 people.

Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to the start date of your event, and your $250 deposit is refunded in full (or transferred to another weekend). Cancel within 60 days of your event, and forfeit your deposit only. No refunds on cancellations made after final balance is paid (2 weeks in advance).
LARGE GROUP RENTALS:
2013 rate: $1,000 (maximum 12 people)
Deposit of $250 required to reserve your weekend.
Balance of $750 due 2 weeks before weekend event. Credit card or check payments accepted.
Thursday option: $30 per person (no minimum)

Capacity: 16 scrappers (plenty of sleeping space to add air mattresses for 16+ -- however, the scrappin' space is limited to 16 6-ft. tables)
