2010 will be our 5th year of hosting Scrappin' Retreats in this spacious private home on Lake Burton -- our popular LAKEHOUSE Scrappin' Retreats. Nestled in the woods up the banks along Lake Burton with views overlooking the lake, it provides a restful environment for finishing page after page of your albums.

Our veteran LAKEHOUSE scrappers all say it's a unique experience.  We've lowered the capacity to 10 scrapbookers to give you more personal space. You'll find that these retreats provide a cozy dynamic you won't find at larger retreats.

 Our $225 all-inclusive rate includes: 

   ~ Friday and Saturday nights' lodging

   ~ Extra hours to scrap -- from Friday 3 pm thru Sunday 5 pm

  ~ A welcome goody bag for each scrapper

  ~ Your own 6-ft table with padded chair in a room with a view

   ~ Your own table lamp -- no need to pack yours! 

   ~ Cricut die-cut machine with several cartridges

   ~ Comfortably sleep in one of six bedrooms sharing 4 bathrooms

   ~ Cup & trash bag holders at each table -- no need to pack your Sidekick

LAKEHOUSE Scrappin' Retreats Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 2 weeks before the event start date and forfeit only your $50 deposit. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the event start date or later are nonrefundable. However, your reservation IS transferable that weekend, so a scrapbooker who replaces you would be able to reimburse you for funds you have paid. (It is not transferable to another Scrappin' Retreats weekend.)

Also note that IF a minimum of 7 scrapbookers are not registered for the LAKEHOUSE Scrappin' Retreat by 2 weeks prior to the event date, the retreat will be cancelled & all monies paid will be refunded.
